CSN Sunday – LightWing Messages for 12/5/2021
Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, ‘Grant me justice against my adversary.’ “For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, ‘Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won’t eventually come and attack me!’ ” And the Lord said, “Listen to what the unjust judge says. And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” Luke 18:1-8
“Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; thou that dwellest between the cherubims, shine forth.
Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh stir up thy strength, and come and save us.
Turn us again, O God, and cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved.
O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?
Thou feedest them with the bread of tears; and givest them tears to drink in great measure.
Thou makest us a strife unto our neighbours: and our enemies laugh among themselves.
Turn us again, O God of hosts, and cause thy face to shine;
and we shall be saved. Psalm 80:1-7
Last week the Supreme Court started handling the Dobbs v. Jackson case, the Mississippi abortion case placed on the agenda last spring. Christians and conservatives and assorted patriot groups are watching with keen interest whether the Supreme Court Justices will “do the right thing.” It is a most significant case of whether the states have a right to resist the federal ruling in Roe v. Wade that promotes abortion across the nation.
This case came before the Supreme Court during the time of Hanukkah, which is a celebration of renewal or restoration. While the pending decision may have long lasting impact upon the nation, the real essence of what may be decided before the high court in such a time as this is whether America will be able to endure as a nation of laws rooted in God’s principles, whether our nation will abandon, essentially destroy our ideals. When former (it may be in question at present) president Obama went to Egypt in 2009, not long after he had been inaugurated, he proudly proclaimed that America was no longer a Christian nation. In this decision that the Supreme Court Justices make, just before Christmas in the year of our Lord 2021, there is much to be considered in light of Obama’s proclamation.
I will refrain from offering too much of an introduction today, as I am offering the main message, and it is regarding the Supreme Court action this coming week. In the Message of Light today, I offer a more historical perspective of this upcoming decision by the high court. And I am aware that many have given their words of wisdom regarding the justices’ wisdom, but permit me to offer my humble perceptions upon this incredibly important decision.
In addition to my message today, we have ten videos. Since we are still in the Hannukah time, we have a great video featuring Jonathan Cahn who relates the Menorah Prophecy and a very layered but moving story from the Jewish Learning Institute about the “Gift of Tears.” The more relevant video in alignment with my message is one from Dutch Sheets.
Additionally, we also have seven articles in our “Recommended Reading” section, and we also offer some cutting edge videos in our “Around the Republic” section. Our hope is that you will enjoy them all.
The “Message of Light” endeavor had been part of the “David Project” that originated as a genuine inspiration from our Heavenly Father, initiated to bring Light into the dark in this time. The project developed from 2018, and as we approach our third anniversary of existence, we have formally elevated the “David Project” to the more formal “LightWing Mission,” my personal ministry, which I had announced in previous messages.
These messages are freely offered and sent to you as part of the “LightWing Mission.” Please receive today’s messages as a gift from those who care. They are only words being offered, freely; yet, some contain a deep message of faith, or a much deeper expression of heart that readers can hopefully receive into their lives. As it has been written: “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” Proverbs 29:18 – KJV
May we truly seek His face, but much more – seek His Mind and His Heart, seek to know His Will, to repent when we do not, and turn from wickedness if we walk away, or walk without Him. May we put on the whole armor of God in order to end the wicked ways of the world in which we live, to destroy the culture of corruption and death and destruction around us, in order to live in the Kingdom of God.

“The Value of Life in the View of the Supreme Court”
By Dennis Jamison
December 4, 2021
Last week the Supreme Court started tackling the Dobbs v. Jackson case, the Mississippi Abortion Case, which had been placed on the agenda last spring. Christians and conservatives and other assorted patriot groups are now cheering on the Supreme Court justices to “do the right thing.” It is perceived by many, regardless of which political peruasion, the Left or the Right, the time of the end for the federal government protection of abortion. However, a naive perception that it would end abortion across America is an illusion. It is likely that those paying attention are astute enough to realize this. Essentially, the issue of killing babies would be left up to the states to decide on a state-by-state basis. It would revert to an issue of “states’ rights.”
A lot has been written on this controversial “issue.” I have written a lot on this issue. It can be viewed as an “issue” that has plagued America much like the issue of the legality or morality of slavery plagued the nation prior to the outbreak of the Civil War. And, for those who have difficulty coming to realize the parallels, let us examine a few.
The first, and perhaps most obvious parallel between the arguments in favor of slavery is that neither human beings were fully or “truly” human beings. The arguments of the Democrat slave owners of the Deep South was that blacks were inferior, not fully human. The arguments of the contemporary Democrat abortion proponents across the nation is that babies are not really a person; thus they are not fully human. If an entity only seems human in some partial way, they are not fully human in the eyes of people who do not have a healthy conscience. If people do not have a healthy conscience, they will not appreciate or value all life.
The arguments against slavery at the time ultimately went into the judicial system for an answer to the divisiveness over the “issue.” Democrat slave owners especially were very united in their efforts to continue to promote and spread slavery. They developed propaganda to devalue and degrade human life in order to promote and protect the institution of slavery. The contemporary Democrat or “progressive” counterparts have developed slick and subtle propaganda to devalue and degrade the human life growing in a mother’s womb in order to promote and protect the institution of abortion today. An article on the assault on the value of life itself expresses a more comprehensive perspective along this line. That article can be found by following the link below:
The regional propaganda spread from the Deep South to the rest of the country, and without the efforts of Christian ministers, like Charles Finney, who exposed the immorality of slavery, such a “curious institution” would not have been ended in this nation. Unfortunately, it did not end in a peaceful manner. The propagandists of the Deep South, who worked for the Democrat slave owners, continueed to spew propagate lies, while terrorist groups of these wealthy plantation owners silenced the “uppity negores” and negro lovers of the North – they killed them, either by lynching, or in dramatic shootouts, or outright murder. Media. The efforts of the southern “news” media played a great part in stimulating public sentiment that it was wrong for people to oppose the notion of slavery as it was simply a matter of ownership of propery. Thus, the “issue” was framed as a property rights issue. The southern media marginalized anti-slavery sentiment.
The Antebellum propaganda infected the minds of the nation’s leaders, and they passed the laws that enabled and protected slavery as an institution rooted in political power. Such power was not only pervasive, but it also endured for a lengthy period of time in American history. The propaganda persists today, in the form of personal prejudice as well as the embrace of racism, which is any race making any demeaning or derogatory claims against another. Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. explained that racism was essentially a defect within the human heart. It is not doubted that the contemporary propaganda of the powerful abortion lobby will also persist on into the future. Sadly, the propaganda is rooted in ignorance and perpetuates ignorance.
Today the issue of abortion is framed by the “Progressive” propagandists as the right of ownership over one’s body – “my body, my choice!” The contemporary mainstream media have historically marginalized the opponents of abortion. How dare anyone challenge the right of a woman to have the final say over her own body! Without the efforts of Christian ministers who expose the immorality of abortion, the abortion industry (and yes, it is big business) will not be ended in this nation. Nevertheless, it must be repeated that a Supreme Court decision to end all federally protected abortions will not end all abortion in the various states. It will fall back to the states if Roe is struck down. It will fall back upon the legislators in each state to determine the success or defeat of abortion in the various states. The problem of abortion can be perpetuated.
At whatever level, when laws are based in ignorance, there is little advancement for the human race as a whole. People of power seek to maintain any propaganda that works to bring them to power. Ignorant people, or those who are intellectually or physically lazy, or those who operate with a weak conscience, continue wallowing in such ignorance and a self-induced prison that people of power promote. The “powerless” continue existing by simply accepting propaganda from the ruling elite and the laws they pass. Usually, the “powerless” will not seek to rock the proverbial boat.
Are laws rooted in ignorance a phenomenon of the past? Readers can answer that themselves. So, if some laws passed by legislators could still be based upon their relative ignorance, or their weak collective conscience, what hope is there for the advancement of human civilization? In a Republic like the United States of America, it is “We the People” who are the sovereigns, not the bureaucratic establishment or the elected elitists. It is truly up to the people in this Republic as to whether they continue wallowing in the collateral damage done by ignorant politicians, or they begin to take the kind of responsibility that our Founding Fathers pioneered in establishing the United States of America. Against all odds, they decided to rock the boat — even risking their lives — even at the cost of their lives.
Unfortunately, the American culture has drifted away from the deep foundational values at the core of the Declaration of Independence. It is extremely bizarre that this nation, founded upon the self-evident truths that our Creator bestowed upon people the inalienable rights of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness, can no longer defend the right to life of our children. Our contemporary American culture has also drifted away from the sacred pursuit of virtue, which Jefferson penned as “pursuit of happiness.” The pursuit of happiness, an unfortunate choice of words, has been translated today into the pursuit of pleasure. Sadly, this tragic reality expresses a great deal about how the contemporary American society has devalued our original ideals. Such a stark reality expresses a great deal about the disregard for the value of life, period. And before one points a finger of accusation at the government, it must be remembered that this is a government of the people. There still exists the ideal; therefore the notion still exists, regardless of whether it is practiced properly.
The real question to be resolved in the Dobbs v. Jackson case is whether the Supreme Court Justices have mentally or morally drifted away from the deep foundational values at the core of the Declaration of Independence. It is now “in their court,” literally. Americans, who still love life and the fundamental values embedded in the founding documents, must pray as if the nation’s life depends upon the Justices’ decision on this case because it does — literally.
